I read in the papers that Jo-Wilfried Tsonga's mother has said that her son is 'deeply hurt and upset'. Not surprising, really.

However, the big question is: How did she (or indeed he) find out? Did Carol Thatcher, whilst on air, phone her up and leave an abusive message on her answer phone? No. A walrus had a hissy fit, and a private comment became public. Nice one, BBC.
