Brown's lying words

Even with his party in the gutter and the people of Britain demanding real change, Gordon just can't help giving nothing but weasel and lying words. He writes in the NOTW:
The bottom line is that any MP who is found to have defied the rules will not be serving in my government.
Ah. So that's OK for Hoon, Mr and Mrs 'magpie' Balls, Blears, Jacqui Smith, Darling, Miliband, Flint, Purnell, Straw and Hutton .... all of whose thefts, as they bleat constantly, were 'within the rules'.

The man has learned nothing from the events of the past week.

And it's our government, not his government, even if it is in his image.

Seeing clearly the inevitable path along which Brown and New Labour are now travelling, I'm quite enjoying the regular outpourings of Brown bollocks.

It's a sort of hyper- schadenfreude; and, after 12 years, very satisfying, too.

He means backbench MP's. They won't be welcomed into cabinet. None may get pushed unless they are in a 33%+ majority seat as he can't afford the by election fiasco.

The joy is knowing that every night as he sits in his kitchen, there is a yellowing flyer pinned to the cork board. A campaign leaflet from his first weeks in office, when a bit of boldness may have alleviated his present worries.
