Twat of the week

Rod Liddle, who was shredded recently by the leftie media for saying that most violent street crime in London was committed by black men, will no doubt feel vindicated by figures released under FOI by the Met that show that, er, most violent street crime in London is committed by black men.

As I've said before, this has more to do with the exceptionally high levels of bastardy in the black population than with colour. Being black doesn't predispose you towards crime, but growing up without your biological father does. Anyway, neither reality is being admitted by a fellow called Richard Garside of the centre for crime and justice studies at King's College London, who is quoted as saying
Given Britain's long history of racism and imperialism it should not greatly surprise us that black and minority ethnic groups are disproportionately members of social classes that have tended to experience greater victimisation and to be the subject of police attention. Just because the police treat black men as more criminal than white men, it does not mean that they are.
What?

I don't know what Garside's subject is, but it clearly isn't history. For a start, a nation can't be 'racist', only people can. And imperialism was a phenomenon of the late nineteenth century that was dead by 1918. And perhaps the way he wriggles with his fingers in his ears going 'lalalala' to avoid hearing the evidence about the criminality of black men is representative of the standards of academic professionalism in the U of L today. But none of this does Britain's black population any favours; being honest about the root causes of the problem is the first step in motivating this cohort to do something about it.

University of London? Didn't that used to be called Peckham Poly?

Oh I say Radders, that can't be true. After all, that nice Ms. Abbott says that black women go "that extra mile" for their children. Perhaps she meant, the extra mile to get pregnant?

Pace Mr Elby, I would recommend that anyone who hasn't already watched the clip of the saintly Diane on Guido's site should do so immediatement!

When my daughter completed her first degree in Criminal Justice a few years ago, she consulted her professor as to where she might purse a Masters.
He advised her to consider King's College as a possibility, but a few days later rang her up and said that he was withdrawing his recommendation as they were "into Criminal Rehabilitation and that this wouldn't suit you!" Seems he had sized up both King's and my daughter pretty accurately !
And neither has changed since.

It's the blame culture innit!
Inner city crime, drug dependency, one parent families, all are linked.
Imperialism, a non sequitur.
